Friday, September 2nd - SALE BEGINS, (Take Order) once packs/troops have their unit kickoff Tuesday, September 6th – Online Show & Sell Product Orders Due (by 11:59 pm) Friday, September 9th - 1st Fill It Up Weekly Drawing (all dates: Sept. 16, 23, 30, Oct 7, 14 & 21) Thursday, September 22nd – Show and Sell Popcorn Distribution (District Kernel has specifics) Wednesday, October 19th – Final day to return unopened cases to council Friday, October 21st – SALE ENDS! Unit kernels to collect order forms over weekend and tally Monday, October 24th – Online Product, Take Orders Due (by 11:59 pm) Tuesday, November 1- Prize Orders due (may be entered prior to this date) Friday & Saturday November 11-12th – Take Order Popcorn Distribution (District Kernel to communicate specifics)
CLOSE OUT Monday, December 5th – Deadline for units’ deposits to Bank of America Tuesday, December 6th – All CLOSE OUT PAPERWORK DUE TO COUNCIL By December 31 - On time unit’s commission check mailed (or deposited). January/February 2011 – $1,500 Club Party. Details TBD
